A week inside a NexGen group

Introductions happen all week. The meeting is where you celebrate them and line up the next ones.

You teach your group the moments that make someone need you. The system pairs you with the member whose customers hit those moments first. Then you both go to work for each other.

Lock a Power Pair

Matched by shared customers. Re-match any week you want.

Exchange, every week

45 focused minutes online, plus an optional in-person meetup each month.

Fifty planets. One is live.

Every state gets its own planet. Colorado went first. The rest are waiting for a founding leader.

When more states go live, the featured spot rotates each week between them. Placement is earned by a group's activity and is never sold.

45 minutes. No pitch circle.

Every week, every group runs the same tight exchange online. You spend the time on asks and leads, not on a speech.

Ask rounds

Small pods of four. Each person names one specific person they want to meet. The pod answers with names.

Power Pair huddles

Partners trade the week's leads, check what happened with last week's and pick next week's targets.

Hot seat

One member, one real problem. The whole group works the ask for ten minutes.

Prefer a handshake? Groups also meet in person once a month. It is optional and always worth it.

Colorado runs on small business

Most of the state's businesses are small. Most of them grow by word of mouth. That is who these groups are for.

Questions people ask

Is NexGen Lead Groups really free?

Yes. There are no dues and no application fee. Donations are optional. Seats are held by members who take part: weekly attendance, real introductions and helping their Power Pair.

What is a Power Pair?

Two members in the same group who serve the same customer without competing, like a realtor and an insurance broker. They focus on finding leads for each other and can re-match every week. Everyone still refers to anyone in the group.

Where do groups meet?

Every group meets virtually for 45 minutes each week, and the founding members choose the day and time. Members can also meet in person once a month. Between meetings, each group talks in its own private room on allofus.one.

Which groups are open now?

Colorado is the first live state, with groups forming in Denver Metro, Colorado Springs and Fort Collins. Every other state is open for a founding leader to claim.

Is there one seat per trade?

Yes. Each group holds one seat per trade, so you never compete with another member for the same referral.

What does smart tech mean here?

Our tools match trades by shared customers and shared trigger moments, suggest Power Pairs, generate lead ideas from a keyword and help you build a Who Do I Know list. They run in your browser and keep your notes on your device.
